Thickened Glass Walls: Robust and Durable
Larger dimensions demand a sturdier structural design. To meet this requirement, we have crafted this 15ml glass dropper from thickened 3.3 borosilicate glass. With a silica content exceeding 81%, the glass walls have a thickness ranging from 1.2 to 1.4 millimeters-making them 30% thicker than those of our standard dropper models.
This robust construction allows the dropper to withstand temperatures as high as 320°C, as well as severe thermal shock (rapid temperature fluctuations) of up to 160°C. Before leaving our facility, every dropper undergoes a rigorous 0.4 MPa hydrostatic pressure test to ensure it is completely leak-proof. In addition, we conduct strict high-temperature resistance and load-bearing tests to guarantee durability.

Designed for Large-Scale Laboratories; Easy to Maintain
This 15ml glass dropper features a design without printed graduations, focusing instead on the rapid and efficient transfer of large liquid volumes. It is easy to clean and can be sterilized at temperatures of up to 121°C.
To ensure safe transit, the droppers are packaged in thickened cardboard cartons reinforced with foam cushioning; each carton contains 20 units. This product is ideally suited for use in industrial laboratories, large-scale research centers, and university teaching environments with large student groups.
