Quality Control for Laboratory Consumables
Yukang checks each production batch against the approved sample, the confirmed specification, and the agreed packing requirements. The inspection covers the points that affect day-to-day laboratory use: material condition, size consistency, capacity, surface finish, product fit, liquid transfer behavior, packing accuracy, and traceable batch records.

Quality Control Basis
Before production starts, Yukang fixes the order reference. The team confirms the product specification, sample, material, size, capacity, color, graduation, tip shape, lid or cap fit, packing quantity, label content, and carton marks.
The same reference is used during production checks and final release. For repeat orders, Yukang also compares the new batch with the previous approved sample or order record, so changes in size, appearance, packing, or marking are not introduced without confirmation.
Incoming Material Check
Incoming materials are checked before they enter production. Plastic materials are checked for appearance, color, transparency, flexibility, surface condition, and molding suitability. Glass materials are checked for clarity, wall condition, scratches, cracks, bubbles, and sharp edges.
Materials with visible defects, mixed appearance, or obvious inconsistency are kept out of production. This is a basic step, but it reduces the chance of finding the same defect only after molding, assembly, or packing is finished.

Pre-Production Quality Confirmation
Before bulk production, Yukang confirms the main quality points against the approved sample and order details. This stage is used to catch issues such as wrong size, wrong capacity, unclear graduation, mismatched labels, incorrect carton marks, or visible changes from the confirmed sample.
For liquid transfer products, the early check covers capacity, tip opening, flexibility, and drop performance. For glass products, Yukang checks size, wall condition, rim or edge finish, lid fit, and visible defects before the batch moves into normal production.
In-Process Inspection
Inspection continues while the line is running. If a problem appears early, the affected pieces can be separated before the same issue spreads through the whole batch.
At the start of production, first finished pieces are compared with the approved sample and confirmed specification. During production, selected pieces are taken from the line and checked for shape, size, capacity, wall consistency, surface finish, graduation clarity, tip opening, drop performance, lid fit, cap fit, assembly condition, and visible defects.
For Pasteur pipettes and plastic droppers, inspectors pay attention to liquid transfer, drop stability, graduation visibility, tip opening, and wall thickness. The item should draw and release liquid normally, and the tip should not be blocked or deformed.
For glass test tubes, glass Petri dishes, and glass droppers, the check is different. Yukang looks at dimensional consistency, glass clarity, rim or edge finish, matching fit, cracks, bubbles, scratches, and sharp edges, because these defects can affect handling, packing safety, or product breakage after shipment.
Products with poor fit, blocked tips, unclear graduation, visible glass defects, unstable drops, or incorrect dimensions are separated during production. When the same issue appears more than once, Yukang isolates the affected products and reviews the production condition before the batch continues.

Packaging Quality Check
Packaging is checked before the finished batch is released. Yukang checks packing quantity, inner bag or inner box condition, label content, item information, carton marks, carton strength, and product arrangement inside the carton.
For plastic consumables, the main packing checks are clean packing, correct quantity, sealing condition, and deformation risk. For glass consumables, Yukang checks separation between products, carton strength, edge protection, and breakage risk caused by friction or pressure.
Packaging must match the confirmed order details. Products with wrong labels, incorrect quantities, damaged cartons, or weak internal protection are corrected before shipment preparation.
Batch Traceability & Final Release
Each batch is linked with production and inspection records. The record includes product name, specification, production date, inspection result, packing quantity, and order information.
Before release, Yukang compares the finished batch with the approved sample, confirmed specification, inspection requirements, packing quantity, label content, and carton marks.
Only batches that match the confirmed quality and packaging requirements are released for shipment.
