These Pasteur transfer pipettes are crafted from high-transparency borosilicate glass. They feature a heat resistance limit of ≤300°C and a low coefficient of thermal expansion (3.3 × 10⁻⁶/°C). Their exceptional clarity allows for a clear view of the liquid level and graduations, facilitating precise volume readings.
This material is highly resistant to high temperatures and aggressive reagents-including strong acids and bases-ensuring that it remains free from deformation and does not leach harmful substances. We manufacture these pipettes in a Class 1000 cleanroom environment, using a fully automated aseptic blowing process combined with precision graduation printing.
The pipette walls have uniform thickness and are free of air bubbles or scratches. The graduations are applied using a high-temperature sintering process, resulting in markings that are clear, abrasion-resistant, and highly durable. The pipette tip undergoes precision polishing to ensure a smooth, burr-free edge, allowing for smooth liquid outflow without residual droplets or "wall-hanging" effects.
We use high-pressure steam sterilization at 121°C for 20 minutes, achieving a 100% sterilization success rate. As a result, the pipettes are ready for immediate use upon opening, with no additional sterilization required.
