Our sterile transfer pipette is a disposable sterile liquid transfer device designed for experimental scenarios with high cleanliness requirements. It is integrally molded from food-grade low-density polyethylene (LDPE), and all production, packaging and sterilization processes are completed in a Class 10,000 clean workshop, ensuring that each product meets pyrogen-free and endotoxin-free sterile standards and is suitable for use in biosafety level 2 (BSL-2) and lower-level laboratories.

The product features an ergonomic bulb design with a comfortable grip and strong resilience, enabling smooth and controllable liquid aspiration. The tube body is printed with clear and wear-resistant volume graduations for stable pipetting accuracy. With a smooth tube wall and low adsorption property, it leaves extremely low liquid residue and can effectively avoid sample cross-contamination. As an original factory with 12 years of experience in laboratory consumables production, each batch of our sterile transfer pipettes strictly follows Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). We implement full-process closed-loop management from raw material incoming inspection to finished product delivery, and the stability and consistency of our products have been long-term verified by numerous medical institutions and biotech enterprises at home and abroad.

We are an original factory with 12 years of experience in R&D and production of laboratory consumables. Our production base is located in Taizhou, Jiangsu, covering a plant area of 2,500 square meters. We are equipped with more than ten sets of automatic injection molding and packaging equipment, with a monthly production capacity of over 10 million plastic pipettes, enabling stable large-scale supply.

The factory has standardized clean production workshops, with functional zones strictly divided in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice for medical devices, covering all production links including injection molding, precision processing, clean packaging and finished product warehousing. The environmental control of each zone complies with relevant national standards, which can fully meet the large-volume and stable procurement needs of customers at home and abroad.

We have established a three-level full-chain quality control system covering all links of production, bagging, inspection and packing. In the production process, automatic online testing equipment is deployed to monitor product size deviation and appearance defects in real time. 100% full inspection is carried out before finished product packaging to reject unqualified products one by one. Batch sampling inspection is performed before finished product delivery to verify the performance and sterility indicators of the entire batch.

We support third-party inspection entrusted by customers. All products come with a three-year warranty. In case of non-human-induced quality problems, we will respond promptly and provide solutions to fully protect customers' rights and interests.

We have built a complete full-process service system covering pre-sales, in-sales and after-sales. In the pre-sales stage, a professional technical team provides selection consultation and solution matching, recommending the most suitable product specifications according to customers' application scenarios and budget. In the in-sales stage, a dedicated contact person is assigned to follow up the production and logistics progress in real time, and regularly synchronize production updates and delivery information.

In the after-sales stage, special personnel are responsible for problem handling, responding promptly to quality inquiries and after-sales demands. If the goods are damaged during transportation, we will cooperate with customers to coordinate and solve the problem as soon as possible, ensuring customers' procurement experience throughout the whole process.
