We use high borosilicate 3.3 glass for this glass culture dish, which contains no lead or arsenic. It is highly resistant to chemicals, including strong acids, bases, and organic solvents, and will not release harmful substances, ensuring the safety of your samples. We employ a high-temperature fusion process, with a firing temperature of 1200℃, to make the dish uniform in thickness. Every detail is carefully inspected to ensure there are no bubbles or cracks. The surface is smooth for easy cleaning and reuse. The edges are polished to be round and burr-free, keeping your hands safe. The lid and base fit well, providing good airflow while minimizing water loss, and helping to prevent contamination.

The dish is available in five common sizes: 60mm, 75mm, 90mm, 100mm, and 120mm, all with a height of 15mm. The bottom thickness ranges from 1.2 to 1.5mm, and the lid thickness from 1.0 to 1.2mm. Light transmittance is over 92%. It is safe to use within a temperature range of -20℃ to 121℃. It is compatible with autoclaving at 121℃ and dry heat sterilization at 180℃. Tests show it can be reused over 50 times. The clear surface is ideal for microscope observation. It also has good thermal shock resistance and does not break easily from sudden temperature changes. The standard size fits well in incubators and on microscopes. Reusing it saves money and is environmentally friendly.
