For drawing or sample production, customer drawings or existing dish samples are converted into an approved production version before bulk manufacturing.

• Pre-production samples are supplied before bulk production; custom sample development cycle is 2 weeks. The sample item is free; freight is paid by the receiver.
• For packing protection, large dishes are separated with protective inner packing and reinforced carton arrangement to reduce side pressure, edge impact, and lid friction.
• Order execution is based on the approved size, height, capacity, packing version, label details, and carton marks.
• Before shipment release, carton quantity, label version, shipping marks, and batch information are checked before release.

Finished dishes are checked against the approved diameter, height, and capacity range, and pieces with visible glass defects, edge damage, base rocking, or loose fitting are removed before packing.
