Lightweight Build with Fine Craftsmanship
We use high borosilicate 3.3 glass for this small glass petri dish, which meets laboratory standards and contains no lead or arsenic. It offers excellent chemical stability and can withstand strong acids, bases, and organic solvents without contaminating your samples. We use a precision fusion molding process, with a firing temperature of 1180℃, to ensure a lightweight and uniform structure. The surface is smooth for easy cleaning, and the edges are carefully polished to be round and burr-free for safe handling. The lid and base fit tightly, providing a good seal that prevents moisture loss from small volumes of media and helps reduce contamination.

We offer three compact sizes: 35mm, 40mm, and 50mm, all with a height of 10mm. The bottom thickness ranges from 1.0 to 1.2mm, and the lid thickness from 0.8 to 1.0mm. Light transmittance exceeds 93%. It operates within a temperature range of -20℃ to 121℃ and is suitable for autoclaving at 121℃ as well as dry heat sterilization at 180℃. Tests show it can be reused more than 45 times.
Its capacity ranges from 5 to 15 ml, making it ideal for small-volume applications. The compact size helps reduce reagent consumption and lowers the cost of micro-scale experiments. It is easy to store and handle, and fits well in small incubators and under microscopes. The high transparency allows for clear observation of samples during microscopic analysis.
